Converting a 6 gear road bike into a fixed gear bike what do I need?

I have a 6 speed road bike and want to turn it into a fixie, without changing the hub and hopefully without buying many parts at all, what is the easiest & cheapest way to do this with 700c araya 28" rims and quick release?
there are a few thigns to consider when converting to fixie. you WILL need to chage you hub. the easiest conversion for a fixie is a flip flop hub. you can buy a full rear fixie wheel on ebay for $50. a normal hub coats, (spins when pedals are'nt) a fixie

Bike repair - can i replace a "falcon index system" 6 speed gear shifter on a magna bike with an SRAM?

i bought a manga 6 speed mountain bike at a rummage sale for my 8 year old niece and the gear shifter is broken. It is an "index" shifter - a grip shifter - next to the grip. There is only a rear derailer - no front gear options. It also
any bike shop will carry a replacement. if you know how to replace and set-up your self ok if not have the shop install. should only take 20mins to replace. the part should be around 10-12$ and it comes with the cable already in just so you don't get

my bike is a 20" tony hawk huck jam series
it was me my mates criss,logon,cullin,and ben
Criss has a 12 speedbike
cullin has a RUSTY GT! LOL LOL

Remove and install a 6 speed bike cassette on a new wheel
Remove an old rim and put the 6 speed cassette on a new one for my old fuji road bike
