what is a good adult beginner dirt bike?

i am 26 years old and 6'0 185 i just started riding over the summer iI bought a mini baja dirt bike. quickly out grew that and my wife liked to ride so i gave her that and went and bought a used 1990 yamaha rt 100. i loved it it wasn't too powerful but

all bikes have maintnance you cant avoid it but from what i have seen and expierienced, four stroke bikes require a lot less maintnance but there parts are more money, and a lot harder to fix. but they are a good strong bike, the yz250f is a really good
